Marina de Regt is an Associate Professor in the Department of Social and Cultural Anthropology at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, where she also serves as the Programme Director for the Master's program. She has published extensively in high-ranking journals and authored the monograph 'Pioneers Pawns: Women Health Workers Politics Development Yemen.' Furthermore, Marina is actively engaged in public dissemination of her research findings and has been involved in various film projects related to her interests.
