Biography

Marina Klein is a Professor at McGill University in the Department of Global and Public Health, specializing in Infectious Diseases. As the Research Director of the Division of Infectious Diseases/Chronic Viral Illnesses Service, she is internationally recognized for her work in HIV and Hepatitis C, focusing on observational research and clinical trials. Klein is the national co-director of the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) - Canadian HIV Trials Network (CTN) and holds a Tier 1 Canada Research Chair in Clinical Epidemiologic Studies of Chronic Viral Infections in Vulnerable Populations.
