Biography

Mario Moussa is an award-winning author, management consultant, keynote speaker, and executive educator. He has taught at some of the world's leading academic institutions, including UCLA, Duke, the University of Virginia, and the Wharton School. He is a co-author of 'Committed Teams: Steps to Inspiring Passion and Performance' and 'Art of Woo: Using Strategic Persuasion to Sell Ideas'. He also authored 'Culture Puzzle: Harnessing the Forces That Drive an Organization’s Success'. Mario co-created the popular Wharton Strategic Persuasion Workshop, delivering workshops on leadership, strategic persuasion, negotiation, collaboration, and culture to thousands of executives worldwide. His work connects classroom theories to real-world business experiences, offering simple, repeatable techniques that deliver results in today's turbulent economic climate. For ten years, Mario served as Principal at CFAR, a management consulting firm that began as a research center at the Wharton School and has since become independent. He co-leads CFAR's practice in Collaboration and Negotiation with clients that include prominent organizations like State Farm, PNC Bank, GlaxoSmithKline, McKinsey & Company, and UnitedHealth Group. Mario holds a Ph.D. from the University of Chicago and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He resides in Center City, Philadelphia, with his wife and raised children.
