Working at Tilburg University allows me to combine my academic expertise with corporate experience. As the Academic Director responsible for the educational quality of the Master in Strategic Management, I collaborate with researchers, lecturers, and support staff to create a program that challenges students to develop both academically and personally. Over the years, I have taught courses in Operations Management, Strategy, Research Skills, and Entrepreneurship, with a current focus on Sustainable Entrepreneurship. I enjoy the challenging content of my course, which is relevant to today's world. In this course, we invite students to engage with the Sustainable Development Goals and reflect on the academic approaches toward the role of business in transforming industries for greater sustainability. Each year, I work with ten to fifteen students as they write their master theses, and I thoroughly enjoy my position and contribution to the learning process at this final stage of their education.
