Biography

Mark Beitel is a Research Scientist at the Child Study Center and an Assistant Clinical Professor in Psychiatry at Yale University. He is a licensed clinical psychologist and a psychotherapy researcher, having authored and co-authored over 75 scientific publications. He teaches a course titled Native American Mental Health for undergraduate students and provides seminars for Psychiatry residents. His research interests encompass North American Indians, mental disorders, personality assessment, psychological theory, and psychotherapy.
