Mark Hammond is a Senior Lecturer and the Interim School Research Lead at the Manchester School of Architecture. His research investigates the intersections of architecture and urban ageing, with a specific focus on housing inequality and spatial justice. He employs participatory, design-led methodologies, collaborating with local government, housing associations, and charities/NGOs.
