Biography

Mark L. Palmeri is a Professor of the Practice in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Duke University. He holds a B.S. degree in Biomedical Electrical Engineering from Duke University, which he earned in 2000. Imhoff Distinguished Teaching Award and a Certificate of Excellence in Teaching from the Duke Pratt School of Engineering. His contributions to the field have been recognized at both the national and international levels, and he has been involved in numerous research projects aimed at enhancing ultrasound imaging technology and methodologies for better clinical outcomes.
