Biography

Mark Relyea received his PhD in Community Psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2016. His research and evaluation work focuses on preventing sexual assault and harassment, as well as improving outcomes for survivors, particularly within student, community, and military populations. Currently, Dr. Relyea is a part of the Department of Veterans Affairs, where he is the recipient of the VISN 1 Career Development Award, examining patient harassment in the VA and the applicability of a bystander intervention approach to harassment.
