Biography

Martin Drapeau is a Clinical Psychologist and Professor in Counseling Psychology at McGill University, also serving as an Adjunct Professor of Clinical Psychology at the University of Sherbrooke. He is affiliated with the Équipe RENARD at the University of Montreal and the Qualaxia Network. Drapeau has held significant roles including Co-Director of the McGill Science Practice Psychology (SAPP) Research Lab and Lead Researcher of the Practices Psychology Portal. He is a FRSQ Research Scholar and has served as the Vice President of the Order of Psychologists of Quebec, along with directing research projects at the Lady Davis Institute of Medical Research. He is recognized for his contributions to the Canadian Psychological Association and has been a member of many taskforces related to psychology in Canada. Drapeau's extensive research focuses on psychotherapy processes and psychopathology, which has resulted in over 200 publications and numerous scientific presentations. He has received various research grants and has been honored with awards for his impact in the field of psychology.
