Joining King’s as a Visiting Lecturer in 2008, Martin Edwardes has a career spanning over 20 years in the industry as a Systems Consultant, which concluded in 2002 when he began his PhD. In 2006, Martin became a Communications Liaison at City London Academy Bermondsey, a role he continued until 2011, and officially retired in 2018 while continuing to teach at KCL as a Visiting Lecturer, covering a range of modules as part of the BA English Language and Linguistics degree.
