Biography

Martin Holmén received his Ph.D. from the University of Gothenburg in 1998. After spending ten years at Stockholm University and Uppsala University, he returned to the University of Gothenburg in 2009. He became a professor of corporate finance in 2011 and served as the director of the interdisciplinary Centre for Finance until 2020.
