Dr. Martin Rumbaugh

Biography

Martin Rumbaugh is a lecturer at the Fariborz Maseeh Department of Civil, Architectural and Environmental Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin. He serves as a senior project manager at AECOM, actively leading initiatives such as the Underserved Communities program, which collaborates with faculty and students to implement essential infrastructure projects that benefit underserved communities in developing countries. Rumbaugh's educational background includes a Master of Science in Environmental Water Resources Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from the University of Texas at Austin. His research interests focus on education instruction, water resource management, stormwater management, erosion control, wastewater treatment, hydrology, and construction management.
