Martin Sénéchal holds a bachelor's and master's degree in kinesiology from the University of Sherbrooke and a Ph.D. in gerontology, where he investigates the impact of muscle strength on cardiometabolic health in obese individuals. Additionally, he compares lactate elimination and recovery intervals among highly trained male and female endurance runners in the CLEAR Study. Sénéchal’s work includes multiple peer-reviewed publications and emphasizes innovative interventions to optimize exercise responses in managing obesity and diabetes.
