Biography

Martin Vinther Sørensen is an Associate Professor at the University of Copenhagen, focusing on the study of invertebrates, particularly taxa such as Kinorhyncha, Loricifera, and Priapulida. He holds both an MSc and a PhD from the Zoological Museum at the University of Copenhagen, awarded in 1998 and 2001 respectively. Sørensen has been involved in several postdoctoral positions, including collaborations with Harvard University and the Natural History Museum of Denmark. In addition to his academic duties, he has served as an editor for several research journals, working to advance the field of marine biology and invertebrate research.
