Biography

Martin Walker is an Academic Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology at the University of Washington. Dr. Walker completed his Bachelor of Medical Sciences and Bachelor of Medicine degrees in the early 1980s, followed by his Doctorate of Medicine from Nottingham University, School of Medicine in England in 1997. He has had extensive training in his field, including completing his residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology at Toronto University, Canada in 1989. He subsequently pursued fellowships in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at both the University of Toronto and the University of California, San Diego, enhancing his expertise in fetal therapy. Dr. Walker is particularly focused on challenging clinical interests related to complex monochorionic twins and fetal therapy. He joined UW Medicine in 2021 and continues to make a difference in the lives of families through his work in obstetrics and gynecology.
