Biography

Martina Lahmann currently works as an instructor (foundation year in chemistry and mathematics) at KTH Royal Institute of Technology. She joined in the spring of 2021 after nearly 14 years as a lecturer (mainly in organic chemistry) and researcher in carbohydrate chemistry and chemical biology at Bangor University (North Wales). Prior to that, she spent several years at Stockholm and Gothenburg Universities, achieving the rank of associate professor in chemistry at GU in 2005. Her first experience in Sweden was as a post-doctoral researcher shortly after her doctorate at the University of Hamburg in the autumn of 1997.
