Dr. Mary Crossan

Biography

Mary Crossan is a Professor of Strategy at the Ivey Business School, Western University. She holds the prestigious title of Crossan Distinguished University Professor, a recognition of her exceptional contributions to teaching, research, and service. In 2021, she was listed among the top one percent of cited scientists in her field. Professor Crossan teaches a variety of programs including undergraduate, MBA, and Ph.D. level courses, with a focus on topics related to organizational learning, strategy, and leadership character. Her research work has been highly regarded and published in prominent journals such as the Strategic Management Journal and the Academy of Management Review. Additionally, she has co-authored a notable casebook titled 'Strategic Management: Casebook' and written a textbook on strategic analysis.
