Biography

Mary M. Hillstrom is an Associate Professor in the Department of Radiology at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University and a Clinician Educator. She graduated from Brown University School of Medicine and completed her residency in diagnostic radiology, as well as a fellowship in body imaging and mammography at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston. Dr. Hillstrom has special interests in women's imaging and abdominal imaging. She serves as the Director of the Women's Imaging Fellowship program and represents Radiology on the Brown University Post-Graduate Referral Committee. Additionally, she is dedicated to mentoring medical students interested in a career in Radiology. Dr. Hillstrom has held leadership roles, including serving as the past president of the Rhode Island Radiologic Society from 2008 to 2009.
