Throughout her career, she has published on a wide range of sustainability topics, particularly the role of women in business and the significance of private family businesses in sustainability governance. Mary has extensive governance experience, serving as Board Chair for B Lab UK and as a board member for the Blueprint for Better Business. She is also a Senior Fellow at the Business Fights Poverty Institute and an advisor to various leading businesses in Europe and the UK. In her teaching role, Mary leads the design of high-impact, research-based programmes for MBA and EMBA students and has trained over 5,000 participants from 70 different countries.
