Biography

Masud Rahman is a tenure-track Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Computer Science at Dalhousie University. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science with a specialization in Software Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan, where he worked under the supervision of Professor Dr. Chanchal Roy. Following his doctorate, he completed a Postdoctoral fellowship at Polytechnique Montreal, advised by Professor Dr. Foutse Khomh. His research focuses on various aspects of software engineering, including software maintenance, evolution, debugging, code search, code reviews, and mining software repositories. Masud actively contributes to advancing the field through his research initiatives and publications, aiming to enhance the quality and effectiveness of software development practices.
