Biography

Matthäus Tekathen is an Associate Professor and Department Chair in the Department of Accountancy at Concordia University. His research primarily focuses on the interplay between risk management and management accounting control practices. Over the years, Matthäus has also co-authored an accounting textbook for non-financial managers and developed a course on strategic managerial accounting control, receiving the Dean's Award for Excellence in Teaching for his exceptional contributions to education.
