Biography

Matthew W. Mosca is an Adjunct Associate Professor in the Middle Eastern Languages and Cultures department at the University of Washington. He also serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of History and the Jackson School of International Studies. Dr. Mosca specializes in Central Asian historiography and Turkic biography, areas in which he has published extensively. He obtained his Ph.D. from Harvard University in 2008.
