Biography

Mauro Fischer is a senior lecturer and researcher at the Institute of Geography at the University of Bern. His research centers on geomorphology, particularly focusing on Alpine glaciology, including the impacts of climate change on glaciers, mass balance, glacier inventories, and related hazards.
