Currently, he serves as the Head of Insurance Solutions at Spektrum Labs, where he is at the forefront of developing cutting-edge solutions to address emerging cyber risks. Additionally, Max provides strategic guidance as a Strategic Advisor at Parametrix, helping to shape risk assessment methodologies in the evolving digital landscape. Previously, he led Strategy and Innovation for Cyber & Technology at AXIS Capital, driving forward-thinking initiatives to enhance cyber underwriting and risk mitigation frameworks. His leadership extends to board-level governance as a Member of the Board of Directors at Elpha Secure, where he influences key decisions in cyber risk management. Before joining AXIS Capital, Max held executive roles in cyber insurance, including Senior Vice President at Lockton Companies, where he spearheaded strategic cyber risk solutions for global clients.
