Biography

Md Faisal Kabir earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science from North Dakota State University (NDSU), USA. He received his BSc and MSc degrees in Computer Science Engineering (CSE) from United International University (UIU), Bangladesh, and completed part of his MSc degree at the University of Bradford, UK. Before joining Penn State Harrisburg, Dr. Kabir worked as an instructor and research/teaching assistant at NDSU. Additionally, he served as a Lecturer and Assistant Professor in the Department of CSE at UIU. His research interests lie in the areas of Data Mining, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Health Informatics, and Information Communication Technology (ICT) in health research.
