Biography

Meegan began working in the Inpatient Palliative Care Service in 2012. She has a decade of experience as an ICU nurse at the University of Washington Medical Center (UWMC) before transitioning to an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) role in an outpatient palliative care program. Meegan received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Master of Nursing (MN) degrees from the University of Washington School of Nursing and holds advanced certification in palliative care. She is passionate about helping patients and their families navigate serious illnesses and feels honored to be a part of the growing palliative care program at UWMC. In her work, Meegan enjoys running, skiing, and spending quality time with family.
