Biography

Dr. Mega Lahori is an Assistant Professor at UC Davis Health specializing in Cytopathology and Gynecologic Pathology. He is trained in Anatomic Pathology, Cytopathology, and Oncologic Pathology. Dr. Lahori completed his M.B.B.S. from Government Medical College, India in 2011 and earned his M.D. in Pathology from Jammu University in 2016. He furthered his expertise through a residency in Anatomic Pathology at the Icahn School of Medicine from 2018 to 2021, followed by a fellowship in Cytopathology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center from 2021 to 2022. He continued his advanced training with a fellowship in Oncologic Surgical Pathology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center until 2023. Dr. Lahori has contributed significantly to his field, recognized with awards such as the Distinguished Scholar Award in Pathology from GMC Jammu and ranking at the zonal level in a National Hematology Quiz Competition in 2015.
