Biography

Megan Donis is an Emmy-award-winning producer and journalist who works at the intersection of audio, video, and social change. After graduating from Columbia University’s School of Journalism, she began her career at PBS and went on to produce for HBO and CBS, eventually landing at BRIC Arts Media in Brooklyn, New York, which is the premier media outlet in the area. Currently residing in Los Angeles, Donis continues her dedication to social issue work by creating and producing podcasts for notable companies such as Wondery, Crooked Media, iHeart, Spotify, Campside Media, and LAist Studios. Her podcast, "Stiffed: The True Story of Bob Guccione," covers the world of 1970s feminist erotica and has been highlighted by New York Magazine as a notable podcast in 2023. Additionally, she is a senior producer for the podcast "Reclaiming Monica Lewinsky" and teaches undergraduate and graduate classes on podcasting at USC’s Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism.
