Biography

Megan Guidi is a researcher with a passion for understanding human behavior. Over the past decade, she has worked with clients to address challenging inquiries about human motivations and interactions. In 2016, she founded a consulting firm called Open, which assists organizations across various sectors in resolving complex problems related to human experience. Her extensive experience includes collaborations with clients in consumer packaged goods, financial services, government, health and wellness, industrials, and manufacturing. She holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Simmons College in Boston, Massachusetts, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania.
