Biography

Megan Panzano serves as the Senior Director of Early Design Education and as a Lecturer in Architecture at the Harvard Graduate School of Design (GSD). She coordinates and teaches design studios and representation courses in both graduate and undergraduate programs. With over ten years of teaching experience, Panzano's architectural practice focuses on the interplay of images, objects, and space production through inclusive and open-ended forms of subjectivity. Her work has received numerous awards for architectural pedagogy and includes the ‘Best Parks’ honor for a perceptual playground project. She has exhibited her work in leading art galleries and has published in various architectural journals. A graduate of Yale University with a B.A. in Architecture and the Harvard GSD with a Master of Architecture, Panzano has advised several prize-winning student projects and has served as a design critic at multiple prestigious institutions. Previously, she worked at Utile, Inc., and Venturi, Scott Brown + Associates, under notable architects Denise Scott Brown and Robert Venturi. She currently resides in Arlington, MA with her family, actively involved in collaborative renovation projects.
