Biography

Megan Reitz is an Associate Fellow at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and Adjunct Professor of Leadership and Dialogue at Hult International Business School. Her work focuses on creating conditions for transformative dialogue, intersecting leadership, change, and mindfulness. Megan has been recognized in the Thinkers50 ranking of global business thinkers and has been included in HR Magazine’s Influential Thinkers listing for several years. Megan is a contributor to the Harvard Business Review and MIT Sloan Management Review, and has presented her research on platforms like BBC, CNBC, and Deutsche Welle, while also writing extensively for academic and practice-based journals. Her research on employee activism was nominated for the Thinkers50 Breakthrough Idea Award in 2021. Aside from her professional endeavors, she is a mother to two wonderful daughters and actively practices mindfulness in her dialogue processes.
