Megi Kartsivadze joined University College London’s School of Slavonic and East European Studies as an Associate Lecturer in Soviet/Post-Soviet History in 2025. Furthermore, she has experience as an Analyst in Memory and Disinformation Studies at the Institute Development Freedom Information, and has held teaching positions as an Invited Lecturer at both the Free University of Tbilisi and the Agricultural University of Georgia. Additionally, she served as the Executive Editor of SLOVO, the academic journal of SSEES, and coordinated local and international grant calls for the Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation of Georgia. Kartsivadze's early career includes working as a web reporter for the Georgian media platform Tabula.
