Biography

Mehdi Farashahi holds a BSc in Aerospace Engineering from North Carolina State University, an MBA, and a PhD in Strategy from Concordia University. Farashahi was awarded the Dean's Award for Teaching Excellence at the graduate level for the 2009-2010 academic year. He served as the director of the International Business Program and chaired the Montreal Local Global Research Group. Furthermore, he has chaired and organized numerous academic-practitioner conferences, and his research aims to synthesize existing literature while fostering the application of Western management theories in diverse global contexts.
