Completing DPhil at Oxford, Mehmet Ciftci became Étienne Gilson Postdoctoral Fellow at St. Michael’s College, University of Toronto. Returning to the UK, he took a position at the University of Oxford as a Research Assistant at the McDonald Centre in the Faculty of Theology and Religion and served as a Public Bioethics Fellow at the Anscombe Bioethics Centre, Oxford.
