Mei Wan is the Frank J. Frassica Professor in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Wan is actively involved in editorial roles, including serving as a Reviewing Editor for eLife and being part of the editorial boards for various scholarly journals including the Journal of Bone Mineral Research. She is also a standing member of the NIH SBSR study section and has affiliations with the American Heart Association and the American Society for Bone and Mineral Research.
