Biography

Meredith Leslie, MD, is a pediatric cardiologist specializing in comprehensive cardiac care for patients with congenital and acquired heart disease. Her clinical practice encompasses the management of common childhood cardiac issues, such as murmurs, chest pain, palpitations, and syncope, as well as preventative cardiology. She has a particular interest in fetal cardiology, focusing on the diagnosis and family-centered management of complex congenital heart disease from fetal life through adolescence. Dr. Leslie is skilled in non-invasive imaging techniques, regularly performing transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiograms at Yale New Haven Children’s Hospital. She is an assistant professor at Yale School of Medicine and completed her medical degree at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine, where she was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. Following her education, she completed her residency and fellowship training in Pediatric Cardiology at Columbia University Medical Center, where she also served as chief fellow before joining the Yale faculty in 2020.
