Biography

Meridith Griffin is an Associate Professor in the Department of Health, Aging & Society at McMaster University and serves as the Associate Director of the Gilbrea Centre for Studies in Aging. With a PhD in Sport & Health Sciences from the University of Exeter, she specializes in researching the interconnections between physical activity, health, and wellness.
