Biography

Miaojia (Miao) Huang is a PhD candidate in the Department of Management and Organizations at the UWA Business School. She received her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Shenzhen University, China, in July 2020. In 2018, she was a visiting undergraduate student at the University of Turku, Finland. Miaojia joined the University of Western Australia as a research assistant at the Vanke School of Public Health, Tsinghua University, in February 2022. Her research interests include service management, text-mining, and user-generated content, with an emphasis on the UN Sustainable Development Goals implemented by UN member states to combat global poverty and promote sustainable prosperity.
