Biography

Michael Alperovich, MD, MSc, FACS, is an Associate Professor of Surgery at Yale School of Medicine and a Board Certified plastic surgeon specializing in reconstructive and aesthetic surgery of the face, breast, and body. He is the Director of the Craniofacial Surgery Program and has a clinical expertise in congenital craniofacial conditions, including cleft lip and palate, craniosynostosis, and ear reconstruction. Dr. Alperovich completed his MD at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and an MSc at the University of Oxford. He has graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University and completed his plastic surgery residency and craniofacial fellowship at New York University. He has authored over 225 publications and been an invited speaker and visiting professor nationally and internationally.
