Dr. Michael Boyce

Biography

Michael Scott Boyce is an Associate Professor in the Department of Biochemistry at Duke University School of Medicine, with a focus on cancer research. His laboratory, Boyce Lab, investigates mammalian cell signaling and protein glycosylation, an area of critical importance in understanding cancer biology. Dr. Boyce obtained his Ph.D. from Harvard Medical School in 2005. He has been recognized with numerous awards throughout his career and has contributed significantly to the academic literature with over 57 published articles, alongside conference presentations and book sections. He is also a member of the Duke Cancer Institute, where he collaborates with other professionals in advancing research in cancer treatment and patient care.
