Biography

Michael Bronstein is a DeepMind Professor of Artificial Intelligence at the University of Oxford and the Founding Scientific Director of the AI Aithyra Institute in Vienna. He was previously the Head of Graph Learning Research and a professor at Imperial College London, holding visiting appointments at renowned institutions including Stanford, MIT, and Harvard. He has been affiliated with the Institute for Advanced Study and has received multiple prestigious fellowships, such as the EPSRC Turing AI World Leading Research Fellowship and the Royal Society Wolfson Research Merit Award.
