Biography

Michael Gruninger is a Professor in the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering at the University of Toronto, where he also serves as the Associate Chair for Undergraduate Studies. He has previously spent five years as an Assistant Research Scientist at the Institute for Systems Research at the University of Maryland, College Park, and has been a Guest Researcher at the National Institute for Standards and Technology (NIST).
