Biography

Dr. Michael Hale is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine at Queen's University. He completed his medical school residency training at the University of Ottawa and is currently pursuing a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. His academic interests focus on emergency department workflow optimization and process improvement in medicine. Outside of his professional life, Mike is an avid sports fan and enjoys discussing anything related to the Toronto Maple Leafs. He and his wife, Katrina, recently welcomed their daughter, Harper, in October, embracing the joys of parenthood. Dr. Hale is excited about transitioning to Kingston and looks forward to meeting everyone in July.
