Currently, he is a Subject Matter Expert in bloodstain pattern analysis for Forensic Assurance, Inc., an A2LA-accredited forensic science proficiency test provider. Since 2017, he has been collaborating with Image Access LLC in Wuppertal, Germany, to develop a fluorescence/infrared forensic scanner designed for gunshot residue detection in clothing. Michael has also served as an educator, with significant experience teaching forensic science courses at both Wayne State University and Madonna University.
