Michael Norko received his bachelor’s degree from Johns Hopkins University in 1979, followed by an MD from SUNY – Upstate Medical Center in 1983. Norko has published extensively on topics concerning psychiatry and law, with a specific interest in dangerousness and risk assessment in psychiatric practice. He also teaches courses related to the intersection of religion, spirituality, and psychiatry at Yale.
