Biography

Michael Potter is a Professor of Logic in the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Cambridge and a Life Fellow of Fitzwilliam College. He has previously been at Oxford, where he obtained his D.Phil. in pure mathematics as a Fellow at Balliol College. He is widely published, with notable works including "The Rise of Analytic Philosophy 1879-1930: Frege to Ramsey" and contributions to various philosophical compendiums and journals. Potter actively engages in lectures and seminars concerning topics at the intersection of mathematics and philosophy, thereby contributing significantly to contemporary philosophical discourse.
