Biography

Michael Raine holds a PhD from the University of Iowa and serves as the Film Studies Program Director in the Department of English and Writing Studies at Western University. Raine's extensive involvement with film festivals and academic initiatives underscores his commitment to fostering dialogue around Japanese cinema.
