Biography

Michael Schuurman is an Adjunct Professor in the Faculty of Science at the University of Ottawa. His research focuses on Physical Chemistry, Theoretical Chemistry, and Computational Chemistry, which includes areas such as Excited State Molecular Dynamics, Ab initio Electronic Structure Theory, and Computational Spectroscopy. He explores Vibronic Coupling Dynamics at Conical Intersections in his work.
