Biography

I am a Professor in the Department of Applied Mathematics at the University of Waterloo. I have been a faculty member since 2009, having graduated with a Bachelor of Mathematics (BMath) from the same department. I also completed my graduate studies at McGill University, followed by a postdoctoral position at the National Center for Atmospheric Research. My research interests focus on turbulence in rotating stratified fluids, vortices in stratified fluids, mesoscale atmospheric dynamics, and tropical convection.
