Biography

Michele Jehenson is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Pain Medicine. An avid lover of wildlife and the outdoors, she finds peace and balance in the mountains during both summer and winter. Residing in Los Gatos, California, she maintains a private practice at the Bay Area Pain Wellness Center. Dr. Jehenson is also a commentator on Health Revolution Radio and an advocate for integrative, non-surgical treatment of facial pain. Her academic appointments and responsibilities include serving as a board examiner for the American Academy of Orofacial Pain since 2015. She holds board certifications from the American Board of Orofacial Pain and specializes in Orofacial pain and sleep medicine. Dr. Jehenson received her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Columbia University's School of Dental and Oral Surgery in 1987, and she obtained a Master's degree in linguistics from the University of Liege, Belgium, in 1979.
